Model answer
I’m happiest when the weather is mild and sunny, especially in late spring. I like having enough warmth to be outdoors without feeling drained by the heat, and a light breeze makes the day feel especially pleasant. When the forecast looks like that, I usually try to spend some time outside. I might take a long walk through a nearby park, meet a friend for coffee on a patio, or simply run errands on foot instead of taking the bus. I also find that bright weather lifts my mood. If it has been grey and rainy for several days, I can feel a bit sluggish, so even a short spell of sunshine makes a real difference. That said, I don’t need every day to be perfect. I enjoy a gentle rainy afternoon now and then, particularly if I can stay home with a book. What I’m less keen on is extreme weather, such as a heatwave or a strong storm, because it can disrupt routines and make people uncomfortable. Overall, mild sunshine gives me the best balance of comfort and energy.
