Model answer
Technology has revolutionized communication, making it faster and more convenient. For instance, I use instant messaging apps like WhatsApp to stay in touch with my family abroad, and video calls through Zoom help me maintain face-to-face contact despite the distance. Social media platforms like Facebook also allow me to share updates and photos, bridging the gap between us. However, this constant connectivity can sometimes feel overwhelming, as expectations to reply immediately create pressure. Moreover, while technology enables frequent interaction, the quality may suffer when conversations are reduced to short texts or emojis. Despite this, I believe the benefits outweigh the drawbacks, as I can now connect with loved ones in real-time, which was unimaginable a few decades ago. Overall, technology has made communication more accessible, but it requires balance to ensure meaningful connections are maintained.
