Model answer
I strongly prefer cooking at home, especially during the week. The biggest reason is that I have more control over what I eat. When I prepare a meal myself, I can choose fresh ingredients and use less salt or oil than many restaurants do. That makes it easier to eat well without giving up the flavors I enjoy. For example, I often make a simple stir-fry with vegetables, rice, and chicken. It is quick, filling, and I can adjust the seasoning to my taste. Another reason is that cooking at home can save money. Buying lunch every day may seem convenient, but the costs add up quickly. I usually cook enough for dinner and take the leftovers to work the next day, so I save both time and money. Of course, I still enjoy eating out with friends on special occasions. However, for everyday meals, home cooking gives me a healthier and more practical option.
