Model answer

One daily habit that can improve people’s health is taking a brisk walk. I think it is effective because it is simple, inexpensive, and easy to fit into a busy schedule. For example, someone could walk for twenty or thirty minutes after dinner instead of watching television right away. This kind of activity supports heart health, builds stamina, and can also reduce stress. Another benefit is that walking does not require special equipment or a gym membership, so people are more likely to continue doing it. In my own experience, a short walk helps me clear my mind after a long day. I often return feeling calmer and more focused, which makes it easier to sleep well and make sensible choices about food. Of course, people should choose a pace and distance that suit their fitness level, especially if they have a medical condition. Overall, regular walking is a realistic first step toward a healthier lifestyle because small, consistent efforts can lead to lasting benefits.
