Model answer
I have adopted the habit of using a reusable water bottle and coffee cup, which has significantly reduced my plastic waste. Initially, I was skeptical about the impact of such a small change, but over time I realized that avoiding single-use plastics not only cuts down on pollution but also saves money and promotes a healthier lifestyle. This simple habit has encouraged me to be more conscious of other disposable items, such as straws and shopping bags. Although individual actions alone may seem minor, they collectively create a culture of sustainability and pressure businesses to adopt eco-friendly practices. In my view, personal responsibility is a crucial first step toward broader environmental change.
