Model answer

What motivates me to work hard is primarily the sense of purpose and personal growth. I find immense satisfaction in overcoming challenges and achieving tangible results, which fuels my intrinsic motivation. Additionally, working in a collaborative environment where my contributions are recognized and valued boosts my morale. I am driven by the desire to continuously improve and acquire new competencies, as I believe that professional development is a lifelong journey. Moreover, financial stability and the ability to provide for my family are practical motivators, but they are secondary to my passion for making a meaningful impact. Ultimately, knowing that my efforts contribute to the team's success and the organization's goals gives me a profound sense of fulfillment, which keeps me engaged and committed.
