Model answer

I think having a regular family meal is one of the best ways to keep relatives close. In my family, we try to have dinner together every Sunday, even when everyone has a busy schedule. The meal itself does not need to be special. Sometimes we order food, but the important part is that we sit down and talk without rushing. At dinner, my parents share stories about their week, and my younger brother tells us about school or his hobbies. I also get a chance to ask my grandparents how they are doing. These conversations help us understand one another better, especially when we have different opinions. If there is a problem, it feels easier to discuss it in a warm, relaxed setting. For me, the biggest benefit is consistency. Even if we are busy, we know we can count on that time together. It creates a sense of belonging and gives us small memories to look back on. That's why I think a shared meal is such a valuable family activity.
